报告摘要：

    This report mainly introduces the origin and developmental background of the D.H. Lehmer problem, and summarizes its generalized research topics, including asymptotic properties, distributions in short intervals, weighted mean distributions, high-dimensional generalizations, and distributions in special sequences. Meanwhile, it elaborates the crucial roles of character sum methods and exponential sum methods in the research of the D.H. Lehmer problem.

报告人简介：

    易媛，教授，博士生导师，现任西安交通大学数学与统计学院副院长，陕西省数学会常务理事。主要研究方向为解析数论，主持国家自然科学基金3项，陕西省教育厅重点项目1项，国家级教学改革项目1项，发表学术论文40余篇，出版专著1部，参与编写教材2部。曾获陕西省高等学校科学技术一等奖1项，陕西省科学技术奖二等奖2项。
